Technically yes I did lose weight…I got put on a new birth control that made me gain 4lbs and I spent the week burning that back off.
So even though it is not a loss towards my total I am still very proud of myself.

So about my blood work: good news and bad news.

I went to the lady doctor for the first time and after she essentially played whack-a-mole with my ovaries she opened my file so we could talk about some blood work I had done in February. The good news is that because of my weight loss I am no longer anemic and diabetic! But the bad news is they are going to be doing a biopsy...

I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow.
My blood work has been in for a while and I have been too chicken shit to find out the results… Hopefully I will find out what is up. I have been putting this off since February. Let’s hope it’s treatable! :)

Confession timeeeee
I have not been eating well. At all. And by eating well I mean I probably ate one serving of corn in the past month and that is the only vegetable I have eaten. And the only fruits I have consumed were in smoothies. Now, granted, I did work out enough to lose a couple of pounds.
I thought I just needed a break. That is unacceptable for me. This is not a bandaid fix to my bad eating...

But I played Just Dance 3 on the Wii for an hour and a half!
HELLS YEAH!
I am sweaty as a mother.
Post workout I had an egg and cheese english muffin :)
I absolutely fucking love that game. Yeah sure going to the gym helps you lose weight too, but nothing is more fun the jumping around your room thinking you look hot :)
Now I am off to get some much needed rest...
