Thank you!!! I am at work right now, but as soon as I get home I am taking before pictures and posting the new URL.

I feel as though I have fallen back into old habits, and though this blog has almost been essential to my progress so far, I feel like it is time for a fresh start.
A fresh blog, a fresh and up to date start weight (as I have gained back about 30 of what I originally lost).
This current blog will not be deleted, I hope to come back to it now and again for inspiration and as a reminder of where I have come from so far.
Please don’t loose faith in me.
Please don’t let my weight gain negatively effect how you look at me.
I am going to do this.
I have learned a lot so far.
Please continue with me on my journey.

The upside to working at a hotel is that during inclement weather I am able to just spend the night instead of risking driving home.
The downside to this weather and staying the night is that I wont be able to take/post my February pictures until I get home tomorrow night!
BUT I do have my measurements:
- NECK: Jan: 15in Feb: 15in
- BUST: Jan: 47.5in Feb: 47in (-.5in)
- CHEST: Jan: 41in Feb:39in (-2in)
- MIDWAY: Jan: 42in Feb: 41in (-1in)
- WAIST: Jan: 39in Feb: 39in
- HIPS: Jan: 50in Feb: 49.5in (-.5in)
- THIGHS: Jan: 29.5 Feb: 29.5
- CALVES: Jan: 18 Feb: 18.75 (+.5in)
- ANKLES: Jan: 10 Feb: 10
- FOREARM: Jan: 11.5in Feb: 11.25 (-.25in)
- UPPER ARM: Jan: 14 Feb: 14
TOTAL INCHES LOST JAN-FEB: 4 1/2 inches! and 1/2 inches in what I can only assume is muscle gain from running :D
I think my measurements are quite indicative of my efforts this month. Nothing drastic because although I exercised regularly this past month, a word that has not been in my vocabulary is portion size. It just goes to show that eating is just as important as exercise. I have been eating good foods, just not stopping when I am full. It is definitely something I am going to work on this next month.
GOALS FOR FEB:
- sign up for yoga class
- sign up for kickboxing class
- only eat when I am hungry
- eat slower so I can better gauge when I am full
- get more sleep

Today I am going to:
- find a beginners kickboxing class
- find a yoga class
- call for these two houses Dakota and I are interested and set up appointments to view them
- pack a bit since we are moving at the end of February
- clean the living room (DEAR GOD HELP ME)
- clean the kitchen
- put all of our clothes back on the hangers where they belong
Suddenly my day off sounds like more work than actually being AT work. Meh, all worth it :3
AH! Thank you thank you thank you thank you! I would NEVER consider myself a runner, and until I finished that 5K I really had no interest in it. I am definitely going to be practicing running so that when I do my next 5K in a couple months I can have a better time and endurance :)
I would DEFINITELY recommend that you enter one! SO much fun :D
I am so nervous, but ridiculously excited at the same time! I can’t wait to tell you guys how I did and show you pictures (of course there will be pictures, Im running a 5K in a flamingo costume!~)

Saturday there is this Zoo Run Run 5K at the Nashville Zoo this Saturday and I am 99% sure I am going to go!!
A 5K IS ONE OF MY GOALS THIS YEAR!
This is perfect because I need a practice 5k before the Color Run! :D
AH! And you dress up as an animal and there are prizes for the best costume and I am going with my old theatre director so you KNOW we will have amazing costumes! I already got my work schedule moved so I can go, now all that’s left is getting the money to go!
I AM SO EXCITED! AHHHH!!!!
This will be my first 5k and I am so excited about it :)

Woke up early to do laundry, had Zumba and worked out for a couple of hours, and then got home in time to cook dinner and take care of my buppies. Now I am at work for the next 8 hours.
NOT regretting the workout, but definitely regretting not taking a nap. Me body hurts and I am sleepy. PWEHHHH.

ZUMBA WAS SO MUCH FUNNNN~
Sometimes I wish Zumba class was every day.
After my Zumba class my friends Angil and Heather and I had a little after Zumba Zumba party complete with yoga, and a dirty slo-mo dance off to classical music!
It was a blast :D I taught them a bit of yoga and they freaking loved it :)
